Loyals: Garrus, Jacob, Jack, Kasumi, Legion, Miranda, Mordin, Thane
Nonloyals: Grunt, Samara, Tali, Zaeed*

Before going through the Omega-4 Mass Relay:
- You *must* resolve the confrontation between Jack and Miranda.
- You must either sabotage Tali's loyalty mission or side with Legion.
- You must either skip Samara's loyalty mission or sabotage it by scaring Morinth away.
- You must skip Grunt's loyalty mission. (You can alternately skip Mordin's or Kasumi's.)
- You must upgrade the armor, but NOT the shields or weapons systems of the Normandy.
* - YOU MUST NOT RECRUIT ZAEED.

Take Tali and Kasumi to fight the Oculus so that Legion will die.

Vents: Jacob
NO Escort
Biotic: Use anyone but Jack, take Garrus with anyone but Jack
2nd Fireteam Leader: Mordin (or Kasumi)
Left to Hold the Line: Tali, Kasumi, Jack, Miranda (According to the HtL calculations, 2 should die here.)
Final Boss Team: Samara and Grunt

* AFTER the suicide mission, you can recruit Zaeed. Do his loyalty mission and take the paragon path. You can then leave him to die.

Death Toll
1. Legion - No shield upgrade, incinerated.
2. Thane - No weapon upgrade, impaled.
3. Jacob - Rocket to the face.
4. Garrus - Taken by Seeker Swarms.
5. Mordin - Shot while closing the door.
6. Tali
7. Kasumi - Hold the Line score too low, both die
8. Samara
9. Grunt - Both unloyal, die after the final boss fight
10. Zaeed - Left to burn.
