Wow, we actually have a romance section. Wasn't expecting that. 😆
I haven't got to romance her because i've only done one Fem Shep playthrough (chose Kaiden).
I would love to see her voice actress return though, loved her work in ME3 and DAI. Hopefully she makes a return as another great character. Bioware seems to like her.

I like Samantha. Her romance is actually deeper than I thought it was going to be, and she nearly freakin killed my heart when she talked about having a house, a picket fence and kids with Shepard during the last conversation with her.

I remember my first impression of Samantha was that she was adorable. Yes. With that hot-chocolate voice, too. I haven't tried romancing her yet, but I like her. She's smart and funny and a nerd. She also appears to be a healthy counterbalance to the rest of the crew since she doesn't seem to be used to all the action and slowly grows accustomed to it with time. She also proves to be very useful and, funnily enough, better Shadow Broker than our actual Shadow Broker at times. Glad to have her along.

There's something I've been wondering for a while. Has anyone else noticed that the moment Samantha meets Shepard for the first time, her eyes literally sparkle? Her eyes suddenly get unusually shiny and nobody else has that going in this scene. A moment later, it's gone again. I've noticed that the devs often use this when the characters cry, like Liara after Thessia. What I know is that it's not weird lighting, it's not weird angle, the shine for the eyes was deliberately changed for this particular scene and this particular character. Why do you think that is? Do you think Samantha feels stressed out from meeting Shepard? Do you think she feels nervous or under pressure? Or maybe her eyes sparkle from meeting the dashing Commander? (I haven't played a male Shepard yet, so I don't know what happens in his case.)

Meeting the famous Commander Shepard would make her nervous and at the same time be surprised of how good looking femshep is when seen in person.

Gratitude. I don't want to use spoilers but we know she's got gratitude for some of his past actions.
