More customisation options are always good. More diverse mission types. Not just the regular 11 wave horde mode. They need to expand it more. Also vehicle combat could be sweet.

I'm hoping for a platform independent manifest system and cross-platform support between PC and XBO. Having said that I might get ME:A on PS4.

Cross platform between PC and Xbox seems a possibility, and would be great imo.
I'm on PC, but dosen't the current gen Xbox run Win10?
If so, then here's to hoping Bioware gets it figured out.

I'd be happy if they just used a similar approach as ME3MP,with maps from the new game. They nailed it with the last one(if you're okay with RNG). I liked the ME3MP format but we definitely need more modes besides horde-mode. Hopefully at least 3 (including horde mode) at launch but they need to double the number of maps at launch or at least enlarge the size of a comparatively small number of maps if they keep the expansions free. I also hope they keep the character cards system and limit the number of powers to 3 again because that really helped to differentiate the characters and incentivize team-work between different classes. I'm not advocating a full-blown FIFA: FUT like system in ME:A but some form of player card trading system might be better a better alternative than the straight up RNG pack microtransactions system of ME3MP and BioWare/EA could earn a percentage on each transaction.

I loved me3mp I just hope that I get to keep my N7 rank I was on 14500 some think spent way over 2000 hours on it I don't want have restart all over again It's a completely different game so you can't really expect favorable treatment like that over newer players. As a compromise i've seen it suggested that those who unlocked ME3MP banners like 'Best Of The Best' could keep them in MEAMP as a loyalty reward which would clearly demonstrate to other players that you are a band apart without technically giving you an unfair advantage like a headstart. Edit: If vets like us roll up to a lobby with BoTB banners wielding Predator X pistols (i.e. clealy under-geared) we probably get the benefit of the doubt and avoid getting kicked whereas most everybody else who would try that would and that's enough for me.

Just checked the hours I played on N7HQ..... 1947. Time well spent me says.
It would be a fantastic idea if ME3 players could bring over their banners. I'd find it hard to leave my Hallowed Hero and the Dog of War ones behind....
And here's hoping they give the community another chance to design alternative banners again.

If it is as half as good as Mass Effect 3 I am sure we will be fine.

I have a question. Will MP be available before you even start the SP campaign? If it is, we might see what our campaign enemies will look like.
Is that a spoiler for you? Does it even make sense to enable MP before you you even start the game?

I wouldn't be too bothered if multiplayer didn't come 'out of the box' this time and was made available about a month or so after release following the example for GTA5 if it meant it gave BioWare more time to patch single player post-release and test and improve the multiplayer while we all enjoy the single player campaign and get used to the new mechanics ahead of a later launch for the multiplayer. If it's more ambitious than last time with more modes having a staged post release launch may just be a matter of practically.

I loved the ME3MP, and I'm a fan of this co-operative multiplayer gameplay, personally I think that's what made ME3MP unique. It says a lot that people are still playing it years later. I hope the new version is setup in a similar fashion, with more character customisation, with more varied missions that promote team work. Maybe a tweak to the online store, so that it doesn't take thousands of hours to max your weapons...
