After all these years, the memes the t-shirts and the alternate theories. Have you come to terms with the Extended Cut endings?
I have settled on Control as my favourite and I can live with that.
What did you settle upon or are you still unable to reconcile yourself to the game's outcome?

I have settled with Destroy even though I hate the geth-and-edi-die part of it. Mainly because I like to end my playthrough with the citadel dlc and this ending conflicts the least with it (I play the cdlc after the ending, yes I know kind of stupid but that's my way of dealing with it).

It depends on what you mean. It's still terrible and I still hate it, but I'm "ok" with it in that I know what's done is done. I do like talking about it and how it could have been much better.
To answer the question, I go with Destroy. All of the endings violate the themes of the series in some way, except Refuse, but Destroy is the least problematic. Refuse is the most thematically consistent but it is a failure state and is very unsatisfying.

I dont necessarily hate the Extended Cut endings per say. It just feels kinda like, I wasn't given that much of a choice to begin with. I didn't want to finish my first playthrough with a sore note, and the ending we were given didn't exactly match to what I had in mind for my personal Shepard. So I had to install MEHEM and I felt more appropriate to me, personally. BUT, if I had to pick one ending amongst the 4, I would pick Destroy (even though it hurts a lot to see the Geth and EDI destroyed!) xD

I pick destroy. The best part is seeing the reapers fall over destroyed.
The only thing the extended cut fixed was the flashbacks

High-EMS Destroy. (Shepard Lives)
Head-cannon: Geth are severely reduced in Numbers (of Platforms), but not outright destroyed (like E-DE). Cause: I do the Citadel DLC just before the endgame, including all the meetings, Gold-level bonuses from the Arena (16,310 points has been my highest, so EAT IT, Aria) and Party. During that time, the Geth study and find a solution to that problem. It's unknown exactly how many are left, since intergalactic communications are down.

I find it somewhat ironic that the first unlocked post in here is about the endings again.
To answer your question, yes. But I was one of the few who was more or less ambivalent regarding the ending when I first saw it, so there was not much to come to terms with until the Extended Cut came out.

I wasn't around for most of the ending controversy when it actually happened, just the never ending aftermath. Destroy for me, and I am a-okay with it.

I first played ME3 in 2015 as I bought the whole trilogy. I knew that there was sth that fans didn't like about the ending, but I don't think about these stuff when immersed in the game. I was really surprised and just wanted to shoot that little bastard in the face. Little did I know that was an ending, lol. But the endings I go with now are Destroy and Control. I started playing ME1 again and hope to continue till the end but with ending mods for ME3.

I just play the game up to Marauder Shields and pretend the endings never existed.

I think I've pretty much come to terms with all of them in one way or another. Certainly, none of them are the perfect ending I might have hoped for the first time I played; but I have managed to glean something meaningful from all of them by adding in a lot of my own "head canon." I intentionally try to make each of my Shepard's different from each other and then will just select the ending that I feel best suits that particular Shepard's philosophies about war, love, & life. Because so much of the game's dialogue can never accurately reflect my Shepard's character in depth, the ending being also "inadequate" doesn't really upset me.
What pains me more is to still see people hurting over the endings after all this time. It would be nice to be able to just erase that hurt for them.

I will never come to terms with it because it is artistic whatever garbage and nonsense. I installed MEHEM. Not perfect by any means but tolerable.

No I have not and probably never will come to terms with the ending because in my opinion Shepard never made it off Rannoch alive. There is no way in hell he stood that close to a Reaper and wasn't torn to shreds by shockwaves from the frigates and dreadnaughts of the Quarian navy unloading on the Reaper. Add in the fact that not all shots are going to land exactly on what is being aimed at and some will go wide until the gunnery crew has a chance to correct their aim, Shepard should be splattered all over the desert of Rannoch.
